Disc Filter can be used in many different applications.
In digital printing, Disc Filter plays an important role: as last
chance filter to protect printheads.
A laboratory-size filter is also available for testing new ink
formulations and conducting printing trials.
Three kinds of media can be selected.
PPEP (No fiber releasing polypropylene
media)
SS (Stainless steel mesh)
PTFE( Hydrophobic PTFE membrane)
In addition to the standard polypropylene
shell, an opaque UV resistant shell in
polypropylene is also available.
Disc series capsule is available with all
kinds of connector configurations,such as,
hose barb, Luer lok.
No adhesive resins and ensure capsule
filter excellent pressure endurance.
Thermal-bonded fiber polypropylene forms a stable structure ,and ensure no fiber releasing.
